Urban X, short for Urban Exploration, is all about peeling back the layers of abandoned structures.

Urban X: Exploring Forgotten Spaces

Urban X is a journey that draws me to forgotten corners and uncovers the stories time has left behind. While compiling images for this series, I found myself delving into the historical essence of each structure, exploring every nook and cranny, and imagining the events that took place during the building’s prime.

I became fascinated by the way nature interacts with these abandoned spaces—overgrowing and reclaiming them in ways that feel both eerie and beautiful. Beyond the thrill of exploration, the satisfaction of curiosity, and the continual awe at nature’s resilience, this project became a quiet act of preservation. Through Urban X, I hope to capture a small piece of history and keep the near-forgotten stories of these spaces alive.
