It is that time of year where we get a ton of inquiries for college senior portraits! Rhode Island is home to so many amazing colleges and universities they draw students in from all over the country and the world. Most graduating students reach out to us for photos of themselves here in Rhody before moving back home or onward to their post-graduate studies, and who could blame them? The Ocean State is gorgeous after all!
Zoe is no exception to this tradition; after working hard at Johnson & Wales University for so many years, this Wildcat knew she wanted portraits here to celebrate her degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. A native of Virginia, who knows if her journey will ever bring her back to this city and state she fell in love with, so it makes sense to capture these moments now!
We started Zoe’s senior portrait session on the JWU Providence campus, including the brand new Cuisinart Center For Culinary Excellence. She had a few favorite Providence locations in mind for this photo shoot, so next we headed over to the State House and the newest and most beautiful addition to the capital city, the Providence Pedestrian Bridge. For some variety she brought options for outfits, including all her graduation regalia and the fantastic graduation cap she made. If you earned it, flaunt it – that is what we have to say!!!
One of our favorite photos is of Zoe in her JWU graduation cap looking back at the Providence skyline, a city she called home for years, just knowing she will turn around with a bright, glimmering future ahead. Congrats, Grad!
