Edgy, Industrial, & Editorial Bridal Photography in Lincoln, Rhode Island

For those of you who follow our work, you know we love a good abandoned, run-down building for a photo shoot. Whether it is for engagement sessions, family portraits, or fine art photography – the more crumbling walls, peeling paint, and fallen roofs the better! Living in New England, ground zero for both the American Revolution and the industrial revolution, we have plenty of derelict factories and forts around, but sometimes (legal) access to them is tricky.

So, imagine our excitement when friend and fellow small business owner, Briel from Uniquely Chic Events, told us we could do a shoot in the old mill her warehouse and shop are in. She is on close terms with the landlord and got us approval for a small (but mighty!) shoot across a few of his properties in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Oh boy!

We connected with Ali Lomazzo Beauty for (glam and gorgeous) hair and make-up, along with Robin from Robin Hollow Farm for some (kick-ass) florals. For the (absolutely stunning) wedding gowns and romper, we hit up local Providence designer Arianna Nicola. Of course, Briel was throwing in a few design elements, as well. Basically, we had a fierce group of female small business owners on a mission for an edgy and modern industrial bridal shoot!

Our models were as fun and diverse as our location, gowns, and florals! They never hesitated to climb on, stretch across, or completely own whatever scene we put them in. They one hundred percent embraced the editorial look we were going for, although we did take a break to have some fun on the mill owner’s homemade swing!
