If you follow our blogs, you definitely recognize Abi, Larissa, and little Ezra! From an engagement session and a wedding to NICU newborn photos and first birthday cake smash, we’ve been there every step of the way to photograph this beautiful young family. In fact, we are happy and honored to say we now consider them friends; Abi and Larissa are super cool people raising a super cool kid!
Due to scheduling conflicts, they couldn’t make it to either of our Fall Holiday Mini Sessions, so we booked them a private family session in our studio in late November. The weekend after Thanksgiving is always hectic, but we always try to make ourselves available to our treasured clients. We’ve taken their holiday photos every year since Ezra was born – and this year would be no different!
Larissa and Abi have a long tradition of incorporating funny matching “ugly” Hanukkah sweaters into their photos and this year we adored their matching pajamas! They were the cutest little outfits! Larissa also brought in some Hanukkah decor to personalize their photos. This family always rolls with a stash of props and costume changes for their portraits; we LOVE the enthusiasm!!!
It's been so fun watching this family grow, especially since Ezra started out so small in the NICU ward where we first met him. Now he’s an adorable and energetic toddler with a ton of personality. My favorite photos are of him in his overalls – so stinking cute!
