Quinn is ONE!
This October we had the joy of photographing Baby Quinn’s first birthday cake smash! We knew this was going to be a fun shoot because we have photographed Quinn before, and supermom Shannon does not disappoint with the props, backdrops, décor, and accessories! You might remember the work she did for us on our fall mini sessions; she is a wizard at turning Pinterest dreams into reality – and this shoot would be no different!
Because of Covid19, we opted to have this session outdoors rather than in the studio like we would usually (safety first!), but that only added to Shannon’s creative potential! She found a lovely green corner in her yard for her hanging flower backdrop and gold hoop cake table. We joined their small family gathering for Quinn’s birthday for the photoshoot and it was perfect – baby girl was happy to see everyone!
In case you were wondering, supermom Shannon even made the cake! That did not stop Quinn from tearing it apart in utter delight, but that was the fun part! She was all smiles and had no problems showing off for the camera. We got some beautiful portraits of her as well as some messy candids – do not worry, before she was covered in cake and frosting, we got some shots of her with Mom & Dad, too!
