Currently living in Manhattan, Tom and Meaghan planned their wedding to be held in Rhode Island as that is where they spend summers with Tom's family in Watch Hill, Westerly, Rhode Island.
Tom and his groomsmen got ready at his parents beach house, while Meaghan got ready at a beach cottage her parents were renting {who live in Ohio} down the road. The guys enjoyed freshly baked cookies from Tom's Mom on the deck which was a favorite summertime activity during their youth.
The ceremony was held at the Watch Hill Chapel {across the street from the Ocean House}. We photographed their family photos on the golf course at the venue while guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the putting green.
The venue was wonderful to work with and gave out a few golf carts so we could go to the hole with the best view!
The best man and maid of honor speeches were very detailed and really described the couple. One portion that stands out in our minds as we write this post was how Tom always arrives at the airport early and on time while Meghan is often the last one boarding the plane! Clearly, they compliment each other!
